Overview
The GCS-60 online sulfide analyzer uses a high-sensitivity flame photometric detector (FPD) to detect organic and inorganic sulfur. It is mainly used for the analysis of hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfide, total sulfur, and other sulfide content in natural gas, coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, and refinery gas. Compliant standards: GB/T28727-2012 Gas analysis — Determination of sulfur compounds — Flame photometric gas chromatography. With an integrated cabinet design, it improves system performance and offers the advantages of simple installation and convenient maintenance.
Features
- Replaces traditional manual sampling: sample gas is delivered to the device through heat-traced lines for analysis and real-time monitoring.
- New FPD detector with internal passivation treatment, low adsorption of sulfur compounds, good repeatability.
- Imported PEEK injection valve, rated for up to one million operations.
- Good human-machine interface for convenient parameter setting, with automatic alarms for abnormal temperature and carrier gas.
