During operation, if the secondary winding of a current transformer is open-circuited or an abnormal current flows through the primary winding, an overvoltage of several thousand to tens of thousands of volts may be generated on the secondary side. This not only damages various secondary devices but also seriously threatens the safety of operating personnel. This series of products effectively prevents accidents caused by abnormal high voltage on the secondary side of current transformers. Once the secondary circuit is open and an abnormal peak overvoltage occurs, the device responds immediately to limit the voltage and then shorts the circuit after a time delay, thereby providing protection.
