The ANAPF series active power filter collects the system harmonic current through current transformers. The controller quickly calculates and extracts the content of each harmonic order, generates harmonic current commands, and produces a compensation current equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to the harmonic current via the power execution unit, which is injected into the power system to cancel the harmonic currents generated by non-linear loads.
Applications
Suitable for parallel connection in low-voltage distribution systems containing harmonic loads, providing fast real-time tracking and compensation of dynamically varying harmonic currents.
