- Binder-free dry granulation - dry powder is fed by screw into the rollers and compacted into a sheet under stable hydraulic pressure, then milled and granulated through a rotary cage. No binder, no water and no drying step are required.
- Roller compaction with water-cooled rolls - the rolls are made of special wear-resistant material with internal water circulation cooling, so heat-sensitive products stay within a safe temperature window.
- Stable hydraulic system - an imported hydraulic power pack delivers constant linear pressure with no leakage; the double-acting cylinder keeps the roll gap and the flake thickness uniform.
- Independent variable-frequency drives for the feeding screw, the rollers and the granulating rotor, so throughput rate and granule quality can be tuned independently.
- Particle size by screen selection - granules are classified on a vibrating screen; the gap between rotor and screen is adjustable through an eccentric shaft without opening the guard, giving a finished granule range of roughly 0.1-2 mm.
- PLC + HMI control - automatic and manual modes, real-time process display and storage of up to 100 recipes for fast product changeover.
- GMP-compliant construction - all product-contact parts in SUS304 stainless steel, internal surfaces polished to Ra < 0.4 um, quick-release product-contact assemblies and no dead corners; the lubrication system is isolated so no lubricant can reach the product.
- Containment and explosion-proof options - negative-pressure enclosures, OEB high-containment designs and Exd IIB T4 Gb explosion-proof electricals are available for potent compounds and combustible powders.
- Safety and reliability - automatic reverse rotation on material blockage, mechanical locking guards on exposed rotating parts, integrated start / stop / emergency-stop control and interlocked safety switches.
- Complete delivery - main unit plus chiller (where applicable), screens in the required mesh sizes, and full documentation including operating manual, maintenance manual, material certificates, qualification certificate and spare parts list.
