This series of roasting oven is widely used for drying all kinds of stick, piece, grain and shaped inflating snack food and other materials. Users choose different types of dryers according to layers, length or energy. The whole machine is compact, logical and easy to operate.
Main Features
Driving system adopts double pitch roller chain, circulating drying and balanced running, never jams.
Drying temperature and time can be adjusted; drying effect is excellent.
High efficiency fuel saving system, reasonable heat distribution, material heated equally, low energy consumption but large output.
Fans on the top deliver hot air to both sides of the air flue, so hot air volume and heating are even on every layer.
Air door on each layer easily controls hot air volume for even drying.
Teflon mesh belt withstands 400 C with long service life; food grade PVC baffles inside the oven.
Each layer has a receiving box so products fall evenly to the middle of the next layer.
Two small doors make it convenient to check the inside situation and avoid energy loss.
