Product Description
The automatic macaroni / pasta / spaghetti production line uses wheat flour, durum flour or semolina as main raw material to produce various shapes of pasta: tube, elbow, screw, shell, crispy pea, square tube, round tube, wave and many more. The line adopts the most advanced cold extrusion and vacuum negative-pressure extrusion technology, so water and flour are fully mixed, giving the finished pasta an excellent bite, bright colour and no blistering.
Our engineers studied vacuum extruder technology in Italy, and all moulds are imported from Italy: the mould plate is copper, the die is copper with Teflon coating. Different moulds give different shapes, and the moulds can be freely changed within minutes.

Main Features
Extrusion forming unit consists of mixer, scraper lifter, pasta extruder, cutter system and cooling system.
Removable mixing wing in the mixer for easy cleaning; 100 kg per batch; food-grade scraper for safe and stable conveying.
Cooling system on the extruder prevents over-maturation and blistering, so shapes are formed perfectly.
Vacuum feeding system conveys flour to the storage bin automatically with adjustable feeding speed and air-lock valve.
High speed flour mixer, two-tank vacuum mixing, automatic quantitative water supply with flow meter.
Cutting system with adjustable speed; PLC control system shows any fault on the screen, easy to operate.
Dryer: gas / diesel / electric / steam heating, 3-5 layers, hot air circulation with Teflon mesh belt (withstands 400 C), even drying and energy saving.
