Product Description
The ZH65 twin screw extruder consists of feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, gearing system and controlling system. It extrudes, kneads and cooks the raw material by the screws and then shapes the product through the mould, producing corn flakes, puffed snacks, fish feed and pet food with different parameters.
Main Features
The main parts of the double screw extruding system are the screws and the barrel; both screws are dextral, intermeshing and co-rotating.
Screw material 38CrMoAl with nitrogen treatment, higher wear resistance and longer service life.
Sectional screw design makes it easy to adjust different functional sections and to accurately adjust product quality.
Belt cutting, also can be PLC controlled.
Double-screw feeder adopts inverse rotation structure and is controlled by frequency converter for accurate feeding amount.
Suitable for corn flour, wheat flour, corn starch, rice flour, bone powder, soybean powder, bran powder and other powder raw materials.
Applications
Fish feed, pet food, puffed snack, breakfast cereal, textured soya protein, modified starch, bread crumb and other extruded food.
