Product Description
The PTG sugar coating machine line is used to coat corn flakes, breakfast cereal, puffed snack and nuts with sugar syrup, honey, chocolate or other syrup, giving a shiny surface and sweet taste. The line consists of sugar coating drum, syrup spraying system, hot air heating system and discharge conveyor.

Sugar syrup prepared in the sugar melting tank with controlled temperature and concentration.
Spraying nozzle atomizes the syrup evenly on the product surface.
Hot air blower dries the coating quickly to avoid sticking.
