Key Features
- Low-angle header harvests both high and low ear positions. The extended header tip with forced feeding gives smooth, efficient intake and excellent performance on lodged maize. A standard accumulator absorbs header impact, and the header drive structure is stable and reliable.
- The rotationally-moulded centre shield cushions the ears far better than a conventional steel cover, cutting grain loss at the header and keeping ears intact - which also reduces losses in the elevator and husking bed.
- Elevator equipped with twin fans (blower + suction) and a floating trash-removal device as standard, greatly improving trash separation during elevation.
- Husking bed half-shaft bearing housings upgraded to maintenance-free bearings; 5 husking rolls fitted as standard. All rubber parts are premium grade for long service life. Star wheel height is adjustable, and husking is gentle with no kernel damage.
- A large-capacity kernel tank is standard and can discharge either to the kernel tank or to the grain tank, depending on operator preference.
- 3 m3 raised grain tank with 3 m unloading height, fitted with a tank levelling device to raise the fill rate.
- Stage IV rear-PTO engine - 165 hp (4-row) / 175 hp (5-row). Directional torque output, three power levels and lower fuel consumption. Reversible fan, reinforced plate-fin combined radiator for high cooling efficiency, plus a one-piece moulded fuel tank with high toughness, corrosion and ageing resistance.
- Cab with heating and cooling air conditioner as standard. Electronic multi-function control lever and suspension seat reduce operator workload. The ignition switch is relocated from the steering column to the armrest panel for convenient operation.
- Two-speed hydraulic gearbox for quick, easy shifting; hydrostatic drive delivers smooth travel and comfortable operation.
- Upgraded 10-inch HD touch screen and HD cameras with three-channel monitoring, now including a kernel tank view.
- Full LED lighting for clear night operation; sun visor standard.
