- Full-width non-row-dependent header suits any row spacing. The folding header is centre-mounted, so transport width is narrower and the machine is far more manoeuvrable.
- Herringbone double-row cutter layout with specially treated moving and fixed knives: low chopping resistance, uniform cut length, low belt load and long service life. The chopping drum is a one-piece sealed welded structure with high rotational inertia for stable and fuel-efficient chopping. Three cut lengths are adjustable to meet different feeding requirements.
- Automatic electronic knife sharpening performed at engine idle - simple to operate, with a quick knife adjustment mechanism that saves time and effort.
- Feed rolls and functional bearings are all high-quality maintenance-free bearings for high reliability and less maintenance.
- The feeding and chopping unit separates as a whole for quick hitching and easy servicing.
- Well-designed kernel processor and accelerator: low crop flow resistance, high flow speed, low power demand. The model 216 counter-roller kernel processing system achieves a kernel processing rate above 96%, splitting each kernel into 3-5 pieces. The rolls are specially heat treated for long life, and key bearings are imported with an automatic lubrication system.
- The spout rotates through 180 degrees and its height can be adjusted and its length extended.
- 1000 series 4-speed dedicated gearbox with hydrostatic CVT: high travel torque, strong passability and higher work rate. 4WD is optional.
- Electronic multi-function control lever improves productivity and safety.
- Large radial tyres improve flotation and reduce the risk of getting bogged.
- Stage IV dual rear-PTO engine with hydraulic pump, gear pump and air-conditioning compressor all directly mounted on the engine for higher transmission reliability.
- The engine fan has a reverse-blow function for quick and easy cleaning of the radiator screen.
- Improved cab with optimised rear glass gives the discharge operator a wider view, reducing grain spillage and protecting the income of both operator and farmer.
- Air conditioning upgraded to a combined heating and cooling system for greater operator comfort.
