Key Features
- Ultra-low-angle opposed-knife stalk-pulling header for both high and low ear positions. Double-side drive is stable and reliable; stalk-pulling knives use upgraded wear-resistant material for longer life. The extended header tip with forced feeding handles lodged maize better, and a standard accumulator absorbs header impact.
- Rotationally-moulded shields on the centre section and both sides cushion the ears instead of the impact of a steel cover, reducing header grain loss. Raised side shields reduce ear loss, and a side auger is optional. The shell is common to 6-row 650 mm and 6-row 500-800 mm, so row number and spacing can be adjusted without changing the header shell.
- Elevator with twin fans (blower + suction). Suction fan blade working length is 3-stage adjustable and blower speed is 4-stage adjustable, so air volume can be matched to conditions and grain loss reduced.
- Husking bed with 6 husking rolls as standard and premium rubber parts throughout. Star wheel height adjustable; star wheel and husking roll speeds are each 2-speed for 4 combinations. The extended anti-loss guide plate adds about 500 mm of bract screening travel for even lower grain loss.
- 5 m3 raised grain tank with high unloading position, right-hand ear guard net and denser wire mesh. A tank extension plate, front and rear diagonal braces and a frame support cylinder keep unloading stable. A 4.35 m lift tank is optional.
- Upgraded straw chopper options for different chopping or mulching needs. The chopper assembly has a standard power clutch and an improved suspension allowing quick, simple stubble height adjustment.
- Standard large hydraulic lift-and-tip kernel tank with 2.5 m unloading height for easy discharge alongside a truck; supports both direct tipping and bagging at the outlet.
- Stage IV 240 hp rear-PTO engine with directional torque output, three power levels and lower fuel consumption. Reversible fan, reinforced plate-fin radiator and a one-piece moulded fuel tank.
- New positive-pressure sealed cab with lower noise and dust, standard air conditioner and under-mounted heater, suspension seat and an electrically adjustable one-lever armrest console.
- One-touch grain tank return plus a tank-not-returned alarm; 4-channel monitoring; automatic header lift when reversing; relocated ignition switch; reserved levers for tank lift and kernel tank tipping.
- 2WD: Danfoss hydrostatic drive with a 1000 series hydraulic 4-speed gearbox and thickened coupling sleeve. Front tyre 23.1-26 as standard (28L-26 high-lug optional) for muddy fields; rear tyre 16/70-20 wide section.
- 4WD: upgraded mechanical 4WD axle with drive shafts that disengage through the rear axle housing for stable high-speed transfer; 23.1-26 high-lug tyres for superior obstacle crossing.
- Additional side working lights and a rear strobe lamp for all-round illumination.
