Key Features
- New opposed-knife stalk-pulling snapping box and a new header body deliver faster stalk pulling and cleaner snapping. A dedicated hold-down device forces the crop in, which suits lodged maize and raises productivity. Minimum harvesting inclination 17 degrees for low-position ears.
- Elevator fitted with a floating trash-removal device as standard for better stalk cleaning.
- 750 mm widened elevator as standard increases ear conveying capacity, and twin fans (blower + suction) improve trash separation.
- All-rubber 5-group flat-roll husking bed gives excellent husking with a husking rate above 95% and no kernel damage. The upgraded throwing roll raises the grain tank fill rate.
- Standard kernel trash-removal fan recovers clean kernels; kernel return is selectable between the kernel tank and the ear tank.
- Raised grain tank with a maximum unloading height of 2.95 m.
- Stage IV engine with a tightly sealed fire-proof engine cover that keeps debris out of the engine bay, and a dedicated intercooled combined reinforced radiator for high cooling efficiency.
- Electronic multi-function control lever and suspension seat reduce operator workload.
- 1000 series hydraulic 4-speed gearbox with hydrostatic front axle drive and an added climbing gear for stronger traction, smooth travel and comfortable operation.
- Upgraded 10-inch HD display and HD camera; LED headlights, sun visor and heater as standard.
- Additional body side lights and grain tank lighting.
