Key Features
- Low-angle header for both high and low ear positions. Extended header tip with forced feeding handles lodged maize efficiently; a standard accumulator reduces header impact, and the header drive is stable and reliable.
- The rotationally-moulded centre shield reduces impact on the ears, lowers grain loss at the header and keeps the ears more intact, which in turn reduces losses through the elevator and husking bed. The header shell is interchangeable between 5-row 630 mm and 6-row 500 mm, so row number and spacing can be changed without replacing the shell.
- Elevator blower with 4 adjustable air speeds - air volume is set to the marked gear to minimise grain loss.
- Husking bed with 6 husking rolls as standard; all rubber parts are premium grade for durability. Star wheel height is adjustable; star wheel speed and husking roll speed are each 2-speed, giving 4 speed combinations to match crop condition. The extended anti-loss guide plate under the rolls adds about 500 mm of bract screening travel, further reducing grain loss.
- 4.5 m3 raised grain tank with 3.1 m unloading height, right-hand ear guard net and a denser wire mesh to stop grains dropping.
- Large-capacity kernel tank as standard, switchable between the kernel tank and the grain tank.
- Stage IV 210 hp rear-PTO engine. Directional torque output, three power levels, lower fuel consumption. Reversible fan, reinforced plate-fin radiator and a one-piece moulded fuel tank with high toughness and corrosion resistance.
- New sealed cab with reduced noise and dust; standard cooling air conditioner plus under-mounted heater with an indoor water valve for easy control.
- One-touch grain tank return improves efficiency, protects operator and machine and reduces grain loss. Standard 4-channel monitoring, automatic header lift when reversing (switchable), relocated ignition switch and tactile function keys with reserved levers for tank lift and kernel tank tipping.
- 1000 series hydraulic 4-speed gearbox with thickened coupling sleeve for smoother operation.
- 4WD option: upgraded mechanical 4WD axle; front and rear drive shafts disengage through the rear axle housing for stable high-speed road transfer. Genuine 2WD / 4WD options, with the chassis pre-fitted for a mechanical 4WD kit.
- Standard air pump and air horn with airline connectors on both sides of the machine for easy cleaning.
- Full LED lighting and a standard sun visor.
