Key Features
- Combined header harvests maize ears and stalks at the same time. The upper deck is a new 4-row 650 mm snapping header using opposed-knife stalk pulling and plate snapping for fast pulling and clean snapping. The lower deck is a ground-roller stalk cutting header that cuts cleanly without picking up soil, giving a high whole-plant recovery rate.
- 3 groups of 6 feed rolls comb the stalks thoroughly, compact them firmly and convey them smoothly and efficiently.
- Moving and fixed knife chopping unit with 24 blades arranged in a double-row herringbone pattern: small cutting angle, clean severing and strong throwing. The fixed knife is replaceable and position-adjustable to set the moving/fixed knife clearance.
- Automatic knife sharpening at the touch of a button keeps the chopping quality high throughout the season.
- High-efficiency accelerator with an integral housing, one-piece welded impeller and 8 throwing blades in a double herringbone layout for stronger, faster delivery.
- Dedicated collector gives smooth material flow, low energy loss and a high outlet speed.
- High-strength, large-angle closed throwing mechanism throws far and keeps the material concentrated, working from left 90 degrees to right 90 degrees to suit collecting wagons of any height.
- Scraper-chain elevator with a 600 mm wide channel, offset to the right for even ear lifting; a high-efficiency cleaning fan plus a secondary stalk-pulling unit give strong stalk separation.
- Husking bed with 5 husking rolls: husking rate above 95% and grain loss below 2%.
- Grain tank with an effective capacity of 5 m3, noticeably reducing unloading frequency and raising field efficiency.
- Dedicated 1000 series gearbox with reinforced final drives for stronger traction; hydraulic front drive plus mechanical rear drive, with one-lever engagement of the rear drive. Wide-section drive tyres carry high loads and suit difficult ground.
- Stage IV 280 hp rear-PTO engine with ample power reserve; dedicated intercooled combined radiator for high cooling efficiency and a fire-proof cover that keeps debris away from the engine.
- Electronic multi-function lever and integral armrest box with electro-hydraulic one-touch control for travel and harvesting, greatly reducing operator workload.
