The Eggplant Bubble Washing Machine is built around bubble impact. A high-pressure air pump produces strong bubbles that make the product tumble in the water tank, stripping soil and dirt from the surface. A high-pressure spray at the discharge end normally provides a second rinse, while soil that has come off settles into an isolated zone at the bottom of the tank to prevent re-contamination and floating debris is carried away through an overflow or filter screen.
The machine is designed for the initial processing of eggplant and root-type produce, and is suited to clean-vegetable plants, prepared-food factories, Chinese medicinal herb processing bases and large planting cooperatives. It is a standardised washing unit widely used on domestic produce pretreatment lines.
Commercial models can be extended with an ozone generator for sterilisation and pesticide-residue degradation, or with a heating tube that adjusts the water temperature for specific cleaning effects. Contact parts are made from food-grade 304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion, washes down easily and remains stable even in prolonged contact with soil-bearing water.
