The Rehmannia continuous stretch film vacuum packaging machine is a fully automatic, high-efficiency packaging machine. It forms the packaging tray directly from roll film on the machine and then completes vacuuming and sealing. Its application range is very wide and mainly covers the food, pharmaceutical and electronics industries.
The working process runs like a production line in four steps. First, heating and forming: the bottom roll film is heated and softened, then pressed by the mould into cavities that prepare a nest for each product. Second, filling: products are placed into the formed cavities automatically or manually. Third, vacuum sealing: the upper cover film comes down, the machine extracts the air to create a vacuum, then heat-seals the pack to lock the product inside. Fourth, cutting and separation: a cutter separates the connected packs into individual packages and the finished products are output.
With an extraction rate of 100 m³/h, 15 kW of power and a packaging capacity of 3 to 5 cycles per minute, the machine suits products with a fixed shape that are easily crushed. Typical applications include meat products such as ham, sausage, bacon and braised meat; seafood such as fish, shrimp, sea cucumber and shellfish; snack foods such as dried tofu, spiced eggs, nuts and dried fruit; frozen foods such as dumplings and glutinous rice balls; and pharmaceuticals or precision parts that need anti-oxidation protection.
