Model 520 is a fully automatic stretch film vacuum packaging machine. It uses roll film to make the packaging tray on the machine itself and then completes vacuumizing and sealing, so that no pre-made bags are required. Its application range is broad and mainly covers the food, pharmaceutical and electronics sectors.
The working flow has four steps. First the bottom film is heated and formed into cavities by the mold; then the product is placed into the formed cavities automatically or manually; the top film covers the tray and the machine draws a vacuum before heat sealing; finally a cutter separates the linked packs into individual finished units.
The machine is well suited to products with a fixed shape that should not be compressed, such as ham, sausage, bacon, braised meat, seafood, dried tofu, marinated eggs, nuts, dried fruit, frozen dumplings and pharmaceutical or precision parts.
