The shiitake mushroom washing line is a fully automatic bubble washing machine and a key unit in fruit, vegetable, Chinese herb and aquatic product production lines. It is mainly used to wash fruit, vegetables, Chinese herbs, aquatic products and soft-packaged bags.
The machine cleans by the impact of bursting micro-bubbles, water scouring and material tumbling. An air pump or high-pressure blower feeds compressed air into the water through aeration pipes or bubble generators such as perforated plates and micro-porous tubes, forming large numbers of fine bubbles. As the bubbles rise they touch the product surface and burst, creating a local impact that lifts dirt and impurities. A circulating pump creates a vortex that strengthens the scouring force and tumbles the bubbles and material together, and some models add high-pressure spray nozzles. Impurities are separated by filtering devices such as filter screens and settling tanks, and the clean water is recirculated to reduce water waste. The control system adjusts conveying speed and washing time to suit different products.
With a capacity of 0.5 T/h, 3.95 kW of power and a SUS304 body, the line suits leafy vegetables, fruit, aquatic products, Chinese herbs, root vegetables, meat products and seafood. It is widely used in fresh-cut vegetable distribution, central kitchens, group catering, supermarket fresh-cut vegetable supply, frozen food and dehydrated fruit & vegetable processing, and canteens.
