The Dried Polygonatum Processing Line centers on a fully automatic steaming pot that provides the heat source needed to cook Polygonatum. Steam generated by water heating enters the sealed chamber so that heat is transferred evenly to the interior of the root, helping starch gelatinize, polysaccharide structures re-form and irritating mucilage break down.
The pot has good sealing and even heating, and its automatic temperature control keeps the root from being damaged by excessive heating. Built-in steamer baskets hold the material, offer good air permeability and heat resistance, and transfer heat effectively so the roots are heated uniformly and keep their quality and taste.
The body is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, including the outer insulation, which complies with food processing safety requirements. The unit operates with one-touch control of temperature, heating and steaming.
