5XZC-7.5BXA Air Screen Seed Cleaner is a medium-capacity air-screen cleaning and grading machine built on a robust chassis. It removes light impurities by air and grades by screen size, giving a clean, uniform product for seed and grain operations.
Product introduction
The 5XZC series relies on a vertical air screen and a vibrating screen to complete separation. Seed and impurities have different critical velocities, so by adjusting the air velocity light impurities are drawn into the dust collector and discharged centrally, while good seed passes the air screen and enters the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen discharges large impurities, small impurities and cleaned seed separately. Four-deck and multi-deck screen boxes are also available so cleaning and grading are completed in a single pass. Separation is based on the geometric characteristics of the seed, so changing to the correct punched screen sheet meets the grading requirement for each crop.
