5XZC-7.5 Maize Seed Processing Trailer is the higher-capacity model in our mobile maize seed line. A vertical air screen performs the aerodynamic separation, a three-deck vibrating screen grades by size, and an integrated maize thresher lets the unit take ear maize straight from the field. Four discharge outlets separate heavy reject, light reject, tailings and finished seed.
Working principle
Seed and impurities differ in critical velocity. Adjusting the air flow lifts light chaff, dust and shrivelled kernels into the settling chamber for central discharge, while good seed passes through the air screen into the vibrating screen. The screen separates by the geometric characteristics of the seed; because different crops and varieties have different dimensions, changing the punched screen sheets to the matching specification delivers the separation you need.
