5XZC-15DXA / 15BXA / 15SA Air Screen Seed Cleaner is our large-capacity air-screen cleaning and grading series, designed for plants that handle high volumes of seed and grain per shift. Three models cover 10 to 15 t/h with three or four screen decks.
Product introduction
The 5XZC series completes separation with a vertical air screen and a vibrating screen. Because seed and impurities differ in critical velocity, adjusting the air velocity draws light impurities into the dust collector for central discharge while sound seed passes the air screen into the vibrating screen. The vibrating screen discharges large impurities, small impurities and cleaned seed separately, and four-deck or multi-deck screen boxes allow cleaning and grading in one pass. Separation follows the geometric characteristics of the seed: different crops and varieties need different punched screen sheets, and changing them meets the grading requirement.
