5XFZ-20 Compound Fine Seed Cleaner is one of the larger models in our compound fine-cleaning range: high capacity, high purity after cleaning and low running cost, built for grain purchasing, storage and seed enterprises.
Process flow
Air separation (first pass) → screening → air separation (second pass) → gravity separation. This four-stage flow meets the standard requirement for removing impurities from granular grain materials.
Section by section
- Air separation: front and rear twin suction ducts with a spiral settling chamber remove dust and light impurities; air volume is easy to regulate.
- Screening: flat vibrating cleaning screen with two or three decks removes large and small impurities. Rubber balls keep the mesh clear; a vibration motor provides the vibration source with adjustable amplitude and direction angle at 960 strokes per minute for high reliability and long life.
- Gravity separation: positive-pressure gravity table separates by density, removing immature, germinated, mouldy, diseased and insect-damaged kernels and other light material.
