5BYX-5 Continuous Seed Coating Machine is a continuous-duty coating line for maize, wheat and other seed. Continuous metered seed feed and continuous metered chemical supply give an accurate, repeatable chemical-to-seed ratio, with a fully enclosed working section that protects operators and the environment.

Machine composition and how it works
The unit consists of the coating machine, an elevator and a chemical supply pump. A rotary metering feed mechanism delivers seed continuously while a chemical flow controller doses the liquid continuously, so the chemical-to-seed ratio is accurate and easy to set and the shortcomings of intermittent mechanical tipping feeders are avoided. High-speed centrifugal disc atomisation combined with an extended stainless steel drum gives thorough mixing in a fully enclosed process, reducing exposure for operators and the environment. The chemical-to-seed ratio is set, checked and adjusted on an independent external unit. The discharge has twin outlets with a bag clamp, and the clean-out outlet is a three-section design so the machine can be cleaned in a short time. The control system has dual overload and overheat protection; push buttons, indicator lights and a powder-coated or baked-paint cabinet make it durable and smart.
