5XFZ-25G Compound Fine Seed Cleaner combines twin air screens, a pre-cleaning screen, a positive-pressure gravity table and a vibrating screen in one frame, giving a complete fine-cleaning process in a single machine. It suits seed plants and grain processors who need a compact line with a clean, uniform finished product.
Process flow
Pre-screening removes coarse straw, cobs and large impurities → twin air screens remove dust, chaff and light material → the vibrating screen sizes the product and takes out small impurities → the gravity table separates by density, lifting out immature, sprouted, mouldy and insect-damaged kernels. Finished seed leaves the machine at one outlet, with separate outlets for rejects.
