This machine is a fully automatic, continuous stretch film vacuum packaging unit used for snack foods and similar products. It automatically completes the full sequence of film forming, material filling, vacuum sealing and cutting, turning out individual packs that are well shaped and tightly sealed.
Such equipment is especially suitable for food products, which are usually block shaped, relatively soft and sticky and have high demands on fit, appearance and hygiene. Mold forming lets the pack follow the product outline and addresses the low efficiency, inconsistent appearance and hygiene problems of traditional packaging.
The working principle runs in four steps: the bottom film is heated and stretched into cavities that match the product shape; the product is loaded by hand or by a robot; the top film covers the bottom film and the machine draws out air to create a vacuum; the two films are heat sealed and then cut into separate finished packs.
