This stretch film vacuum packaging machine forms the lower film into a container shape inside the forming station by heating and vacuum drawing, after which the product is loaded into the formed cavity.
In the vacuum sealing station the packs are vacuumized or gas flushed and heat sealed, and a cutting system separates the finished packs while recovering waste film. The running process covers lower film unwinding, stretch preheating and vacuum sealing, with a stretch temperature of typically 85 to 90 degrees Celsius and a heat sealing range of 125 to 130 degrees Celsius.
Key components include a Programmable Logic Controller with a large touch screen, a high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor for precise printed film registration and a vacuum pump for stable high vacuum. Quick-change combination molds allow flexible forming of soft and rigid film materials.
