5XZ-5B Positive Pressure Gravity Separator is key equipment for fine processing of seed, grain and agricultural by-products. It handles a wide range of granular materials and separates strictly by density, making it the right machine for upgrading nuts, pulses and seed after basic cleaning.
Working principle
Under the combined action of air dynamics and vibrating friction, the material stratifies by specific gravity. By adjusting air pressure, amplitude and other parameters, heavier material sinks to the bottom layer and, under the friction of the vibrating deck, moves upward, while lighter material floats on the surface under the air flow and moves downward. The result is a clean separation by density.
Product advantages

- Stable and reliable: sheet metal parts are laser cut for accuracy and the frame is bolted rather than welded, reducing weld distortion.
Applications
Fine processing of seed and agricultural by-products. Good results on cereal seed, coarse grains and pulses, and melon seeds. It removes mouldy and deteriorated kernels, insect-damaged kernels, smut-infected kernels, chaffy grain, germinated grain, kernels with glumes and stones. After separation, thousand-kernel weight, germination rate, purity and uniformity all improve markedly.
