5XZQ Series Gravity Destoner removes stones, clods, small mud balls and other heavy impurities from granular material using differences in specific gravity. It is a compact, reliable unit for seed plants and grain processors who need a clean product free of stones.
Product introduction
The machine separates heavy impurities by gravity. By adjusting air pressure and amplitude, heavier stones sink to the bottom and, pressed against the deck, travel upward from low to high, while lighter crop material floats on the surface and travels downward from high to low. The two streams leave through separate outlets, giving effective destoning.
