5XZQ Series Gravity Destoner removes stones, clods and small mud balls from maize, wheat, pulses and other grain by exploiting differences in specific gravity. Compact, quiet and simple to maintain, it is the standard destoning step in a seed or grain cleaning line.
Product introduction
The machine separates heavy impurities by gravity. Adjusting air pressure and amplitude makes heavier stones sink to the bottom and move along the deck from low to high, while lighter crop material floats on the surface and moves from high to low, so crop and stones leave through separate outlets.
